Antonio has been teaching private lessons for more than eight years, from begginers to advanced students. He teaches acoustic and electric bass. With him you will work on:
- Technique: of both right and left hands as well as bow technique (upright). Scales, modes, arpeggios...
- Styles: jazz, classical, afro-cuban, brazilian, flamenco, funky, rock, pop, and more.
- Improvisation: from a blues form to a more complex harmonies in every key.
- Odd meters: 5/4, 7/4...
- Duos: from classical duos to jazz standards. Playing in a two basses situation is one of the best ways to explore new ideas and concepts on the bass.
- You name it: Antonio is very open-minded to your suggestions. If you feel you need to work on an specific issue, feel free to ask him.
